The DeLonghi Ultimate Coffee Urn is a 20-50 Cup capacity beverage dispensing unit designed for large scale production of high quality coffee. From its 18/10 Stainless Steel construction, with unique stainless steel basket and pump pipe ensuring great tasting coffee and easy cleaning; to its easy open cover with glass top to view the coffee perking. Once it's finished brewing, it automatically switches to the warming cycle and keeps your coffee at the perfect temperature. The adjustable thermostat lets you adjust the heat between 130 to 210 for the exact temperature you prefer. The Freshness Indicator is activated by the "keep warm" function and tells you how long the coffee has been standing. Six indicator lights illuminate in increments of 1 hour each. After six hours, the unit automatically shuts itself off. The cool-touch handles are heat-resistant to allow you to move the urn from place to place without burning your fingers. A dripless spigot assures that there will be no messy leaks and drips with this coffee urn.
