Swiss Diamond's innovative diamond reinforced non-stick cooking surface is superior to all other non-stick surfaces for both, durability and non-sticking efficancy, even after the most abusive use. This non-stick composite gets fused to the pan, rather than layered on, as with most other non-stick surfaces. The 3.2 qt saute pan with high sides is ideal for sauteing, braising and can be used as a covered fry pan. It provides outstanding heat distribution being made from hand-cast aluminum that is 6 mm thick, and since diamonds conduct heat the coating contributes to the pans' performance. Has a long stay-cool handle.
