Aluminum oil reservoir with non-stick surface for easy storage and clean-up. Smartly designed safety features ensure maximum safety. Removable lid with high quality replaceable filter to reduce cooking odors, and viewing window so you can watch your food while cooking. Variable temperature control for cooking all types of food, plus special lower temperature settings for Fondue cooking. 950 Watts of power and 3 cup Oil capacity.
