Capresso has created an instant, compact, and self-contained milk frothing unit able to froth up to 30 ounces of milk at one time! It's fast, easy, safe and fun! We recommend this machine for regular coffee makers as well as espresso machines as a second source of steam. How it works: The Capresso frothXpress contains a special stainless steel boiler that heats water to steam temperature. It heats up in about 1 minute. A ready light located on top of the machine indicates that is ready to begin frothing milk. When the "Safety Steam Button" is pushed, the machine will begin to dispense powerful steam from the steam nozzle. At this point you can froth milk using the steam wand or you can use the frothing attachment. To use the frothing attachment, simply pour cold milk into the container that comes with the frothXpress. Press the "Safety Steam Button" to begin the frothing process. The machine will begin sucking the milk out of the container into the machine, then it's dispensed into your cup. You can adjust the consistency and temperature of the frothed milk by turning the knob on the steam wand. It comes equipped with a removable water tank that can be filled during operation or as needed. Since the water tank is not under pressure you can fill it at any time to provide an unlimited supply of steam! The frothXpress also comes with a suction tube that allows you to suck milk out of a milk carton instead of using the container included with the machine. To clean the frothXpress, simply suck up water instead of milk to rinse the system. The whole cleaning process takes only about a minute! This has to be the easiest and most convenient way to obtain perfect milk froth for all of your coffee drinks.
